Tasteful Tides Owner and Head Chef Chachi McAllister is born and raised on the Island of St Thomas.  With family reaching back generations she is uniquely suited to creating menus with local flavors and incorporating local ingredients.

With her roots in the community she is able to source the freshest fish, the sweetest mangoes, and the most vibrant spices.
